How do I log in?

Student and Staff Sports Park members (you do NOT need to register)

  1. From the homepage, select the LOG ON link located on the right hand side of the page.
  2. Staff members please enter your full email username e.g. john.s.smith and then enter your University password. Students please use your University IT login abc123 and then your University password.

Any other Sports Park members (you must first register a new account)

  1. From the homepage, select the REGISTER link located on the right hand side of the page
  2. Fill out all of the fields on display. Please check the Registration notes below if you are unsure of any entry
  3. Click Register
  4. Activate your account
  5. Confirm the answer to your security question
  6. Enter and confirm your desired password
  7. You will now receive an email with an activation link within it. Please click the activation link and follow the on screen instructions to complete the registration process. Congratulations, you are now logged on and ready to start making bookings!

Non-members (you do not require to register). Please select your activity from the main screen, and you will be asked to fill out your details after adding the item to your basket.

Registration notes

Please ensure you use an email address that you check on a regular basis. In addition to the account activation email you will receive, this email address will also be used for booking confirmations and re-activation links in the event that you forget your password or username. You can find your membership card number on the front of your Sports Park membership card, if in any doubt or you do not have a membership card please contact reception on 01392 724452 or Your username can be anything you choose, but must be something you can remember as it will be needed to login.

How do I make a booking?

To book a sport activity, exercise class or coaching course please chose either Activities, Classes or Courses from the selections on the left. Whichever you choose you will then need to select the site you are looking for Sports Park or St lukes Sports Centre.

If you choose activities please then select the activity you require from the drop down box, if you choose classes it will automatically default to all classes but you can select a specific class and if you select courses please choose the course you require from the drop down box.

Following this, please select your preferred date. The times will be automatically generated to recognise when the class, activity or course take place on that day, finally click Search. You have the option of toggling between days by clicking the back or forward arrow.

Once you have selected your booking and added it to your basket click checkout. (If required you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the box first before checkout).

Finally, you will see a summary of the booking you have selected. To confirm the booking is made you must click on the 'Confirm Bookings' or "confirm and pay" link. You have a specific time to confirm or pay for the booking and this is provided at the bottom of the screen. If not completed in that time your booking will be lost.

You will receive a confirmation email of your booking and the confirmation page allows you to print out your receipt if you wish.

How far ahead can I book?

Members can book activities up to 14 days in advance for activities and 7 days for exercise classes. Non-members can book up to 7 days in advance for activities and 3 days for classes.

All courses can be booked as and when available online.

Please note, all chargeable bookings will be required to be paid at the time they are booked.

How do I cancel a booking?

You may cancel a pre-booked zero cost class or activity online, using your account history provided that the class or activity has not commenced.

  • Click the Account history tab to view your booking history.
  • Use the tabs and dropdown list to locate the class or activity you wish to cancel.
  • Click the delete icon next to the class name or activity to cancel your booking.
  • Your booking will be instantly removed from your booking history.

If you would like to cancel a paid booking please contact reception on 01392 724452 or where a refund form will need to be completed and the refund processed taking up to 7 days.

Where possible we will try to move the booking to another suitbale date within the 14 or 7 day period.
