University of Exeter online bookings

This service allows you to book tennis courts, exercise classes, badminton, squash, golf and coaching programmes at the Sports Park and St Lukes Sports Centre. You can book using this system as a member or non-member.

Please be aware for activities you are only entitled to book one court/booking for a maximum for 2 hours. If found to be making more, your booking can be removed without notification.

    How do I login?

    If at any point you require further instructions, please click on the Help button in the menu at the top of the page.

    University Staff Sports Office Members: You do not need to register. Simply select the LOG ON link on the right of the page and enter your UoE full email adress e.g. john.h.smith@exeter.ac.uk and University password.

    University Student Sports Office Members: You do not need to register. Simply select the LOG ON link on the right of the page and enter your UoE user name e.g. abc118 and University password.

    Alumni/Public Sports Office Members: Select the REGISTER link on the right of the page, follow the on screen instructions (you will need your membership card number, please contact reception if you do not have this) and then activate your account when you have received your activation email.

    Non-members: You do not need to register. Simply select your activity from those listed on the left. You will then be asked to add your details to the booking.

    How far in advance can I book?

    Members can book activities and exercise classes up to 14 days in advance. Non-members can book up to 7 days in advance. All Courses can be booked as soon as they are available online.
