University of Exeter online bookings

Bookings are currently for members only for Gym sessions and lane Swimming. Non-members can book fitness classes. All other activities are not available for anyone. Please select the site you wish to book for on the left hand side, then from the activity drop-down select what you would like to book. The gym at the Sports Park is called RS Gym Sessions. Members:Please make sure you log in using your University email or the email we have on our membership system for non University members.

  • If you are self isolating do not attend either Sports Centre.
  • If you have to start self isloating after making a booking do not attend either of the Sports Centres and please cancel the booking.
  • If you start to experience any symptoms after making a booking please cancel this and do not attend either Sports Centre.

    How do I login?

    If at any point you require further instructions, please click on the Help button in the menu at the top of the page.

    University Staff Sports Office Members: You do not need to register. Simply select the LOG ON link on the right of the page and enter your UoE full email adress e.g. john.h.smith@exeter.ac.uk and University password.

    University Student Sports Office Members: You do not need to register. Simply select the LOG ON link on the right of the page and enter your UoE user name e.g. abc118 and University password.

    Alumni/Public Sports Office Members: Select the REGISTER link on the right of the page, follow the on screen instructions creating your own username, you will need your membership card number, which is on the front of your membership card, please contact reception if you do not have this, then activate your account when you have received your activation email.

    Non-members: You do not need to register, however non-members cannot book any Russell Seal Fitness Session. Simply select your activity from those listed on the left. You will then be asked to add your details to the booking.

    How far in advance can I book?

    Members can book Russell Seal Fitness Sessions up to 7 days in advance and will be limited to 6 sessions a week, classes up to 7 days in advance and non-members can book classes up to 3 days in advance.
